| Brief: | We were instructed to create a tranquil, low maintenance courtyard garden for our clients to enjoy their limited time off from their work. The existing timber retaining walls were rotten and the existing planting had got out of hand. We kept the original footprint of the retaining wall and increased the size of the terrace. To keep with the courtyard feel we laid the paving with a 4 way fall to a feature central cast metal gully We also installed artificial grass to help reduce the garden maintenance burden |
